By using the DeepMine Services, you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service").
DeepMine reserves the right to update and change the Terms of Service from time to time without notice. Any new features that augment or enhance the current Services, including the release of new tools and resources, shall be subject to the Terms of Service. Continued use of the Services after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes. Violation of any of the terms below will result in the termination of your Account. While DeepMine prohibits such conduct on the Services, you understand and agree that DeepMine cannot be responsible for the conduct posted on the Services and you nonetheless may be exposed to such materials. You agree to use the Services at your own risk.
You must be a human. Accounts registered by "bots" or other automated methods are not permitted.
You must provide your Shopify account to signup. This includes information about the Shopowner.
Login to DeepMine is through Shopify. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password on Shopify. DeepMine cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
You may not use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the Services, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to data privacy laws).
DeepMine is controlled, stored, and processed from the United States.
We process your information solely as a data processor on your behalf, and it is up to you to determine how long you will store your information in our systems.
If you wish to use the optional email report functionality, you must get the proper permission and legal basis for us to store email addresses and send email reports.
DeepMine is not a member of any certification program. If you have some legal restriction to prevent sending certain data to the United States, such as needing proper consent with Customers to use DeepMine, you must prevent DeepMine from processing that sensitive data in your DeepMine settings.
If the settings available does not fully cover your legal needs, DO NOT USE DEEPMINE.
DEEPMINE WILL CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION — NO REFUNDS — AND DELETE ALL SHOP, CUSTOMER, AND SHOPOWNER DATA IF WE DETERMINE FROM ANY SOURCE THAT YOU ARE USING DEEPMINE ILLEGALLY IN YOUR TERRITORY. THIS MAY BE SUDDEN AND WE CANNOT AND WILL NOT RESTORE ANY DELETED DATA IN THIS CASE.
Your Shopify Account is used to pay for the DeepMine Services on a recurring "monthly", with "monthly" defined by Shopify.
All payments shall occur through Shopify, and all inquiries with payment, cancelling, taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities should be directed to Shopify.
A 60-day trial is provided once per store. If you reinstall DeepMine within the trial period, your new trial will expire on the date of the original trial's expiration. If you are reinstalling DeepMine after your origianl trial expired, you will not get a trial period and will be required to pay before using DeepMine.
DeepMine bills on storage; you may need to upgrade your plan before accessing DeepMine.
You are solely responsible for properly canceling your account. An email or phone request to cancel your account is not considered cancellation. You can cancel your account through the uninstall button in your Shopify Apps panel.
All of your Customer data will be immediately deleted from the Services upon cancellation. This information can not be recovered once your account is cancelled.
Cancellation in the middle of the billing cycle shall be up to Shopify's subscription cancellation policy.
DeepMine, in its sole discretion, has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Services, or any other service from us, for any reason at any time. Such termination of the Services will result in the deactivation and deletion of your Account or your access to your Account, and the deletion of all Customer data in your Account. DeepMine reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
DeepMine reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Services (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
Prices of all Services, including but not limited to monthly subscription plan fees to the Services, are subject to change upon 30 days notice from us. Such notice may be provided at any time by posting the changes to the DeepMine site or the Services itself.
DeepMine shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Services.
Your use of the Services is at your sole risk. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

You understand that DeepMine uses third party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run the Services. See our Privacy Policy for more details.
You must not modify, adapt or hack the Services or modify another website so as to falsely imply that it is associated with the Services, DeepMine, or any other DeepMine service.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Services, use of the Services, or access to the Services without the express written permission by DeepMine.
Verbal, physical, written or other abuse (including threats of abuse or retribution) of any DeepMine customer, employee, member, or officer will result in immediate account termination.
You must not upload, post, host, or transmit unsolicited email, SMSs, or "spam" messages.
You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
DeepMine does not warrant that (i) the Services will meet your specific requirements, (ii) the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, (iii) the results that may be obtained from the use of the Services will be accurate or reliable, (iv) the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through the Services will meet your expectations, and (v) any errors in the Services will be corrected.
You expressly understand and agree that DeepMine shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if DeepMine has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from: (i) the use or the inability to use the Services; (ii) the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services resulting from any goods, data, information or services purchased or obtained or messages received or transactions entered into through or from the Services; (iii) unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data; (iv) statements or conduct of any third party on the Services; (v) or any other matter relating to the Services.
The failure of DeepMine to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. The Terms of Service constitutes the entire agreement between you and DeepMine and govern your use of the Service, superceding any prior agreements between you and DeepMine (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Service).
While accuracy is strived, network connections with Shopify and other services may not lead to immediate 100% accuracy; Shopify may, can, and has taken 48 hours or more to report data to DeepMine.
Keep in mind that the software is particular about how it reports data, and may be different than "generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)" or "International Financial Reporting Standards (IRFS)".
DeepMine is a tool, similar to a calculator, and only summates or reports the given search queries; be sure to check your search queries before use as your needs may require a specific search query, possibly including an unavailable search method.
DeepMine is not a replacement for a legal or tax professional; as such, always consult a legal or tax professional for legal or tax filings. Be sure to double check with other tools or by hand before considering using DeepMine for tax filing, legal filing, partner or royalty payments, or anything else from these pages.
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT SHALL DEEPMINE BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.
